A long while ago I have received a promo copy to Koot Hoomi's "The Dark Side Of Hall And Oates", yet while I haven't found the time to listen it fully their track "Out of touch" popped up on my iPod and it was pleasantly surprising. Take a chance to review yourself.
Koot Hoomi // Out of touch
Additionnaly I'd like to take the opportunity to warn everybody not to miss out on Kele Okereke's outcoming album which will be one of this year's diamonds and not to miss the extended tour of Joanna Newsom, if you are planning your holiday to West America this summer that is.
Finally, Innerpartysystem has released a brand new EP with some remixes among it this dark version which is a mix of the old Faithless and the new Holy Fuck. They self claim to be inspired by Daft Punk, Chemical Brothers and Nine Inch Nails. I mostly here the latter. There is a sort of mellow touch in their music opposed to the rough edge, which is a real joy to the ear.
